Reiki helps one become more grounded, centered, and relaxed. From this vantage point, one can heal on many levels, be that physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually. My Reiki specialties include: · Reiki treatments for people and for animals · Reiki training and animal Reiki training · Hospice Patients and Caregivers: Reiki treatments and training · Reiki @ WorkTM, providing much needed mini-Reiki breaks at the workplace · Reiki Expansion Group: supporting everyone trained in any level of Reiki I study with the renowned Animal Reiki Master teacher and author, Kathleen Prasad, founder of Animal Reiki Source and the Shelter Animal Reiki Association, and with the internationally acclaimed Reiki teacher, author, and speaker, Frans Stiene, co-founder and director of the International House of Reiki. As a Wellness Coach, I rarely give advice. Instead, I inspire my clients to make significant and lasting changes through a process of their own self-discovery. First they connect with what they truly want in their lives and in their relationships, then they uncover any roadblocks and limiting core beliefs, now they are in a great position to make concrete changes in their lives. When working with me, people are able to truly know their heart’s desires, experience shifts in beliefs and attitudes, and are better able to live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives!
